These are taken during visit to Mr. Perez cacao farm which have the cacao garden of accredited varieties of the Cocoaphil and DA. Also constructed in the farm is the first post-harvesting facility I've seen in this part of Camarines Sur which comprise of step-tier fermentation boxes and elevated drying platform with plastic covered roofings. Mr. Perez was very hospitable and we are glad to note that he will be expecting our future visits when the facility is in operation, hopefully in the near future.
