The 2015 CACAO INDUSTRY ACTION PLAN took off from the 2013-2020 NATIONAL CACAO INDUSTRY STRATEGIC PLAN. It was drafted during the DTI Natonal Cacao Industry Cluster Planning Workshop held last March 2-3, 2015 in Davao City.
